No accounts, no sign-in, no profiles. We never ask for your name, email address or phone number to use the app, and we never see your Telegram or WhatsApp account.

What we collect

Device token A random identifier the app generates on first launch and stores on your phone. Our server keeps only a hash of it. It is not derived from any hardware ID, advertising ID or anything else about you or your device — it exists solely to count imports and to know which installation a purchase unlocked.
Import records The name of each Telegram sticker pack you import and the time you imported it, linked to your device token. This is how the free allowance is counted.
Purchase record If you buy the unlock: your device token, the fact that it is unlocked, and the transaction ID Paddle gives us. We do not receive or store your name, address, card details or email from the purchase.
Technical logs Ordinary web server logs — request path, timestamp, status, and IP address — kept short-term to run the service, apply rate limits and investigate faults. Logs rotate and are overwritten automatically.
Converted stickers The converted image files themselves, cached so a pack somebody has already imported does not need converting again. They contain public Telegram artwork and nothing about you, and are deleted within 48 hours.

We use no analytics SDKs, no advertising SDKs and no trackers. This website sets no cookies, and loads its fonts and scripts from our own server rather than from a third-party CDN.

Why we are allowed to hold it

Where the GDPR or similar law applies, our lawful bases are performance of our contract with you (providing imports, honouring a purchase) and our legitimate interest in a service that is not abused (rate limiting, fraud and security).

Who else sees it

We do not sell data, share it for advertising, or disclose it to anyone else except where the law requires it.

How long we keep it

Import records are only meaningful for the 30-day allowance window and are pruned after that. Converted stickers are deleted within 48 hours. A purchase record is kept as long as the unlock is valid, because deleting it would revoke something you paid for. Logs rotate within days.

Your choices and rights

Because we hold no identifiers that point back to a person, the most complete deletion is in your hands: uninstalling the app, or clearing its data, destroys the only copy of the device token and permanently disconnects you from everything on our side. Note that this also disconnects a purchase — contact us with your receipt before doing it if you have bought the unlock.

You may also email us to ask what is stored against your device token, to have it corrected, or to have it erased. Where the GDPR applies you also have the right to object, to restrict processing, to data portability, and to complain to your local supervisory authority. To identify your records we need the device token or the Paddle receipt — without one we have no way to find them, and we will not ask you for other personal details to try.

StickerBridge is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect anything from them.
