Refund policy
Last updated 5 August 2026
Ask within 14 days of purchase and we refund you in full, no questions asked. StickerBridge costs a few dollars and is bought once; it is not worth anyone's time to argue about.
How to request a refund
Either route works and both reach the same place:
- Email foudah210@gmail.com from any address, quoting the order or transaction ID from the receipt Paddle emailed you. We reply within 3 business days.
- Or contact Paddle directly at paddle.net, the support portal of our merchant of record, using the same order ID.
How the money comes back
Refunds are issued by Paddle.com Market Ltd, our reseller and merchant of record, to the original payment method — we cannot pay to a different card or account. Paddle processes an approved refund within a few business days; how quickly it appears on your statement after that is up to your bank, and is commonly 5–10 business days.
A refund removes the unlock from your device. The app keeps working, and falls back to the free allowance of 3 imports every 30 days.
After 14 days
We will still look at it. If the app or the conversion service is not working as described — for example imports fail for reasons on our side, or we discontinue the paid features — email us and we will refund you regardless of how long ago you paid. What we will not refund after 14 days is a working product somebody has simply stopped using.
Things worth knowing before you buy
- The unlock is tied to the app installation that bought it. Wiping the device or clearing app data can disconnect it — email us with your receipt and we will restore it rather than leave you to buy again.
- StickerBridge converts public Telegram sticker packs only. Private packs and packs that no longer exist cannot be imported by anyone, and this is not a fault we can fix.
- Use the 3 free imports before buying. They are the trial: if the packs you care about convert correctly for free, they will convert correctly afterwards.
Statutory rights
Nothing here limits the rights you have under the consumer law where you live, including EU and UK rights to cancel a purchase of digital content. Where those rights are stronger than this policy, they apply.
